Problems where the garage door can’t stay in the track often involve either the rollers or the tracks themselves. In this case, both were the culprits. We examined the hardware to find the main source of the problem. Rust and bending in a particular section of the left track was the first issue we discovered. Then we also find a few garage door rollers on that side in a far less than ideal condition. We replaced the rollers with new ones, scrubbed the rust off, and hammered the bent track into the correct shape. This solved the problem.
